Applicant must be willing to work both in an office environment and outdoors during all types of weather. Our office is in a spectacular location with terrific people on Belfast Harbor and our job sites are located throughout Maine, with a focus on Coastal Waldo, Knox, and Hancock Counties. Moderate physical activity should be expected during field work. Field work typically consists of measurements, site investigations, and construction site inspections. Office work will involve Autodesk Civil 3D drafting and design, site grading, roadway layout and grading, and utility design, permit application preparation, exhibit creation, letter writing, and communications with multi-disciplinary team members and clients. Driver’s license and own transportation to and from office or job site is required. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated person who enjoys solving problems and collaborating with co-workers and other consultants to get our clients’ projects built!
